IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT !!!
If you work during the week and are only available on weekends, don't even try to make an appointment! Call in spring for a voucher valid until December but unfortunately no availability for 3 months then call in October and no availability before the end of my voucher if I want to be able to use it I must add 30 euros!
