Cape Qatar Management is worst in State of Qatar.
You need to have some helping hand(on higher designation), if not you will suffer.
No proper food and accommodation is provided by company. All camp bosses are arrogant and they never speak politely.
I wonder how people have given 5stars to this company.
The only thing I liked about this company was 'No Salary Delay'.
One has to be very close to the supervisor and PM to draw some over time else the supervisors will give OT's to his close aides.
