I recently joined a gym, and Fitness Connection was recommended to me by a friend. I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of their facilities and the professionalism of their staff. The trainers are amazing, and I always feel motivated after my workouts. The only improvement I would suggest is having more variety in the workout equipment. Other than that, I think Fitness Connection is great.
