I can't express how much I enjoy going to Teague Classical Pilates! 😃 The teachers are amazing and create a positive and motivating atmosphere in every class. The workouts are fantastic and have helped improve my strength and flexibility. The studio is also conveniently located with plenty of parking. Highly recommended!
