I've been a customer of Spot On Time for quite some time now and I have to say, their service is average. While their website is user-friendly, the timing accuracy can be inconsistent. There have been occasions where the timing was slightly off, causing inconvenience. The customer support team is helpful but could be more responsive. Overall, it's an okay company.
