I found Society W's matchmaking service to be quite average. The matches I received were not particularly impressive and there was a lack of chemistry with most of them. The customer service was decent, but I felt like they could have done more to understand my preferences and provide more suitable matches. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would recommend it.
