I am a CUSTOMER of Beta theta pi - eta xi and I must say that I had an average experience with this company. The website hpubetas.com was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my queries. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
