Looking back over the reviews people are not overly keen on the city council can't say I feel the same they where very helpful with my request and the staff where great so no complaints maybe it's because I don't think the world owes me something and people who just go to work there to do there job should jump through hoops when I tell them just because I pay " council tax " or I'm entitled to what ever I want ' just saying '
