The experience with Perfect Order has been overall average. The website is easy to navigate and find the products. The prices are reasonable, but I have found better deals elsewhere. The customer service is prompt and polite. However, the shipping took longer than expected. The packaging was not very secure, and one of the items arrived damaged. I would consider ordering from Perfect Order again, but I hope they improve their shipping and packaging processes.
