I have been using Mainstay / my25 for a few months...

I have been using Mainstay / my25 for a few months now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate, but I wish they had more features available. The customer support is responsive and helpful, which is a plus. Overall, their service meets my needs, but there is definitely room for improvement.
