I had a mixed experience with Global guardian. While some aspects of their service were great, I found the overall customer support to be lacking. The website is user-friendly and the GPS tracking system is accurate. However, when I had an issue with the device, it took them a while to respond and resolve the problem. Additionally, the pricing plans could be more transparent. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
