I have been a customer of Involvesoft for a while now and I must say their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of features. However, there have been a few instances where I had to reach out to their customer support and it was not a pleasant experience. They were not very helpful and took a long time to respond to my queries. Overall, I would say they are just average.
