I went there recently to do a re-kyc on my nre account and to discuss on my loan issue. I had called them the previous day to confirm what documents I need to bring, went there and completed the whole thing in less than ten minutes. They were very helpful and quick. The process itself takes 10 days
It s a small office located on the 4th floor of the business Centre building right next to burjuman metro. There is decent (RTA) parking behind the building.
