I had a mixed experience with Appraisal Associates.Com, Inc. The overall service was average. The appraisal report was thorough and detailed, but the communication could have been better. It took a while to get a response to my questions. However, the appraiser was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate their expertise and attention to detail. Overall, an average experience.
