I had a great experience with Oulun Sukelluskeskus Oy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided clear instructions and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the whole diving session. The equipment was in great condition and the dive sites were beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to explore the underwater world.
