Shameful! Perhaps it was once an excellence, today...

Shameful! Perhaps it was once an excellence, today only the name remains.
Hours and hours of waiting with a 2 year old girl (only after we went to another facility we found out that she was measles), plus among the other children. FROM COMPLAINT !!!
