At the moment they are only efficient in terms of charges. If there is any repair on the farm, the professionals who have sent and with whom I have dealt, it cannot be said that they are very solvent in their work.
Being professionals in the sector, I suppose that they will have better information on who works well and who works badly, than we, their clients, can have and if they know that they are not doing it well, change without having to wait for more complaints.
It cannot be said that they collaborate a lot when it comes to providing the information that you ask them about the documents generated in the activity of the community of owners.
Whoever finds a good professional finds a treasure, and sadly, this is not the case. They will have to work hard for this valuation to go up.
