I recently joined a self-defense class at kravmagasolutions.com and I'm really impressed with the quality of training. The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about what they teach. The techniques they teach are practical and effective. I appreciate the emphasis on situational awareness and real-world scenarios. The classes are challenging but also fun.
