Serviced two Toyota s in the last decade at this dealer. Recently a new acquisition of a 4Runner with some vibration coming from the front end and a broken Tire Pressure Monitoring system that came like this from a dealer in Washington State where the 4Runner was purchased. All I can say is the service department has done the bare minimum to help me with my issues. First and only thing to do is not accept a warranty claim. Deny, Deny, Deny! I was not even given the offer to fix the TPMS system. I was told to go to Oreilly parts. I was also charged for an Alignment that the dealer deemed out of the scope of the warranty. Has Toyota s customer service fallen this low, or is it the signs of the times. Maybe some discrimination towards my vehicle purchase, because a better deal was found of the State. This is being taken up with Toyota Corporate. I won t let it go until things are resolved. The service people are extremely nice and friendly. The Leadership of the dealer has let customer service slip. Very disappointed loyal Toyota customer here. 2 stars because the Service People are very nice.
