I recently used the services of a CPA firm called Apex CPAs & Consultants, Inc. for my tax filings. The experience was okay, but nothing exceptional. The staff was polite and the process was smooth. However, I expected a bit more personalized attention and detailed explanations. Overall, an average experience.
