As a life long health professional I was really impressed by the Out patient department of the cardiac unit. The organisation was impressive, well run and patient focused. I think we can all learn lessons from how this unit functions. My congratulations to the Matron and her team, Medical staff and fellow professionals in the unit. . Well done all of you.
