I had a rather average experience with the company. The product I purchased did not meet my expectations in terms of sound quality. It was decent, but definitely not great. The customer service was satisfactory, although it took a bit longer than expected to resolve my issue. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but it could have been better.
