I've been a customer of Ecco s.r.l for a while now and I have to say, their service is really average. The quality of their products is just okay and their prices are quite high for what you get. Although they have a nice website, I found it a bit difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. The customer service could be improved as well, as I had a few issues with my order and it took a while for them to resolve it. Overall, I would rate them as average.
