I recently purchased a graphics card from Diamond multimedia and I must say, it's been an average experience. The card performs decently and meets my basic needs. However, there are a few things that could have been improved. The customer support was not very helpful and it took them quite a while to respond to my queries. The installation process was also a bit cumbersome and the instructions provided were not very clear. Overall, I would say it's an average product with average customer service.
