I recently hired a security company and I am disappointed with their services. The team arrived late for the installation appointment, and the process was rushed. They did not properly explain the system's features, leaving me confused. Furthermore, their customer service was unhelpful when I reached out with concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend this company for security solutions.
