Received my bill with a statement date of 7.23 and...

Received my bill with a statement date of 7.23 and sent them a payment right away. BY 8.20 they sent my bill to collections. Not even a month from statement date!!! Not using Covid as an excuse, but everyone is trying hard to keep up with Bill's and when a health emergency happens a little patience goes along way. At least I was making an effort!
