I recently used this company's website to plan my trip to New York City 🗽. Although the website had a decent selection of guides and information, it didn't quite meet my expectations. I found the layout a bit cluttered and it was sometimes difficult to navigate through the different sections. The content provided was informative, but I felt like it lacked the personal touch that I was hoping for. Additionally, some of the information seemed outdated and I had to double-check elsewhere to confirm the accuracy. On a positive note, the website did have some helpful recommendations for attractions and restaurants, but overall it fell short of being exceptional.
