How are they still in business? I never had a problem with their products; actually, I love the MOD Brand. But I needed to get a trimmer repaired and they offered a leash, harness and dog mat. I called the 212# and the lady said this is headquarters and everything is done through email. I said SO ISN'T HEADQUARTERS LIKE CORPORATE..... She said YES BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TP ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS!!!! Say what now!?
