I am a long-time customer of Billings Federal Credit Union and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The services they offer are decent and the staff is friendly, but there is nothing exceptional about this credit union. They could definitely improve their online banking system and provide more competitive interest rates. Overall, it's an okay place to bank, but I wouldn't say it's anything great.
