As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to engage with an IT consulting company. Although my overall experience was average, there were a few aspects that stood out. Firstly, the company website was user-friendly and provided informative content about their services. It was easy to navigate and find relevant information. Secondly, the company's response time to my inquiries was satisfactory, as they promptly addressed my questions and concerns. However, I found their pricing to be on the higher side compared to other consulting firms in the market, which was somewhat disappointing. Additionally, the level of expertise demonstrated by their consultants could have been more comprehensive. Overall, while the company has some positives such as a good website and responsive customer service, there is room for improvement in terms of pricing and expertise.
