I recently used a PR service from this company and found it to be just average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I was disappointed with the quality of their service. While they promised to provide comprehensive press releases and media coverage, I felt that the deliverables were not up to my expectations. The press releases lacked impact and failed to generate the desired attention from the media. Additionally, the media coverage they secured was minimal and did not reach my target audience. The customer support was satisfactory, with prompt responses to my queries, but it couldn't compensate for the lackluster results. Overall, I would rate my experience with this PR company as average. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of the quality and effectiveness of their services.
