By joining this company at the day one itself I feel really happy and proud, Because the environment of the company the respect given to each and everyone from a very lesser position worker to an engineering graduate is really good. And also the respect that every employee in the company having towards the Boss Mr. Saikumar balakrishnan sir is really at another level.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:- it was established on 21 November 1983 in a rented building at Bangalore with an asset of 10 peoples with a capital of INR-2000/- . Now it has grown very big it has 9 units around karnataka namely 1at Bangalore (unit1), 4 at maddur(unit 2,3,4,5), at gadag (unit 6,7,8) and also another office at gadag and capital of about to 53 millions. The company manufactures fastners for windmills, metro rails foundation for tracks and join compartments and other heavy machinery equipment. The company has supplied its products to every windmills companies all around India. And also for Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai metros. Hiten fasteners is the only Indian company to supply fasteners for Germany. It also has many other foreign customers all around the world. The company has more than 550 manpower out of them almost 80% of all are permanent employees and all the employees are less qualified ordinary people from local places around the company and about 25% are ladies, also there are 15 physically challenged employees in the company which you can see rarely in any company they are really treated special in this company. The company has a very unique thing which is called employees satisfaction index in which they come to know the feeling of every workers in there workplace according this index not a single month the unsatisfied workers is reached more than 10%. The company has a suggestion box at each every department. The company celebrates every workers birthday at each month even he is a trainee, contract labour or a permanent staff. The company respect women a lot and support them very much it has 10% reservation for ladies, direct appointment for windows, also the security for the company is given by ladies itself.the company has six colours uniform for Six different days in a week. Apart from this company many more benefits for iits employees like incentive, ro drinking water unit, free bicycles, monthly medical checkups etc.
Talking about top level management mr. Saikumar balkrishnan is the managing director, and also there ,5 other directors of the company namely Preethi Saikumar, Sushi Pandey kumar, Nandakumar krishnan, Rajendra Prasad Sharma, Gowrishankar vellore ramachandrashastry.
