The start was salmon gravlax and a piece of Doremi cheese served over a leek sauce. This was the highlight of the evening. Then it was boudin and duck. The meats were amazing on the mai s. The vegetables we simply a some thought, simply steamed and fired with a chunk of beet purer. But I asked the waiter to see if they could serve a cheese platter instead of dessert and of course they did! Have no English menu. However. Staff is very friendly and welcome. Never expect this kind service and food quality in a small town inside a little house. Highly recommended.
