As a member of this credit union, I have found the website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The online banking system is convenient and provides all the necessary functions for managing my accounts. However, the customer service could be improved as I have experienced longer wait times on the phone and in person. The interest rates offered are competitive, but I wish there were more options for savings and investment products. Overall, as an average member, I find the credit union to be decent, but there is room for improvement in customer service and product offerings.
