I have been a State Farm girl since I got my first car!! I was 16 yrs. old and I am now 63. I have known Tina and her staff to be Johnny on the spot for anything....advice, new policies, life insurance and even Moped insurance! (Yes, at 63.....I have a moped.) Today I called for just good advice, as my Mom has dementia and I am trying to take care of her Insurance needs.....Alania answered my call with so much patience and concern for my needs...even when my phone connection was not very good, my connection to her professional handling of my situation was perfect!
