I have service at one house with Source since January 2016 with no issues so when I bought a second house in November 2016 I signed that one up with Source as well. March 2017 rolls around and I get an email from Source saying that my bill is past due on the second house and $24 is owed even though they are both on autopay. I call in to customer service and after 20 minutes on hold finally reach someone who tells me the second account is not set to autopay even though the emails i've been getting monthly say that it is and tells me I owe over $60 even though their past due notice says $24. She transfers me to their autopay setup line and says she'll call me back if we get disconnected. The autopay line does not work whatsoever it keeps asking for my credit card number I punch it in and it just keeps asking for it so I hang up, nobody ever calls back. I call customer service back and leave a message for someone to call me within 24 hours unsurprisingly nobody ever does. I call back on March 3 and spend another 20 minutes on hold for the same exact thing to happen. Call back on March 3 and talk to someone else after another 20 minute hold who says they are transferring me to "corporate" so I spend another 15 minutes on hold for "corporate" and eventually just get hung up on. Right now I so sincerely regret signing up my second house with this horrible customer service company and really don't know what else to do other than hope they eventually cut off my service for nonpayment so I can switch to somebody else since they have given me no way to pay their bill. Please do yourself a favor and call their customer service line and see how long you have to wait to reach someone you will be glad I saved you from making the mistake of enrolling with Source.
