I am a scab as you all would describe it and I just broke my leg unloading one of the trucks because of their bad design, but the reality of the matter is that the hardest working employees that are out on strike and on the verge of loosing their jobs did not want to strike for they were making well over $2000.00 a week and now while their unemployment lasts they are making a small fraction of that income; Soon they will be permanently out of a job and the Union will not pay them their salaries, in fact as soon as they loose the union will not even answer their calls, I've been a scab for many years and I've seen it happen again and again. The company is NOT taking their kids meals or health insurance, the union is while getting richer and richer every year and rewarding their employees with a picnic or a party once a year. Most of the people standing at the company's entrance are paid by the union to insult those crossing the line and attempt to intimidate the scabs and not company employees just like most of the comments here. I feel bad for those good workers who are losing their jobs and good income they used to have but is up to every individual to do as they think is right even if that means not being able to pay your mortgage or you car insurance. Meanwhile those at the union will not miss a meal I assure you, and will not share either. You decide.
