I have been a customer of Virginia Credit Union for over 10 years and I must say, their services are average. The website is user-friendly and the staff is helpful, but the interest rates on loans are a bit high. However, I appreciate their commitment to the community and their efforts to educate their members on financial literacy. Overall, Virginia Credit Union is a decent option for banking.
