I've had an average experience with Nextbiotix. Their website is easy to use and the ordering process was straightforward. However, the customer service was not as responsive as I would have liked. It took a while for them to get back to me with answers to my questions. The product itself was decent, but I expected better quality for the price. Overall, an average experience.
