I have been a customer of Monaco Treasures, INC for over a year now and I must say it has been an average experience overall. The products are good but the customer service is not up to the mark. There were a few incidents where my queries were not addressed properly and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. However, the quality of the items I purchased is great and they have a wide range of options to choose from. Overall, I would say it's an average company to deal with.
