I recently attended a cooking class at Mirepoix cooking school and it was a great experience. The instructors were friendly and knowledgeable. The class was informative and interactive. I learned some new techniques and recipes that I can't wait to try. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this cooking school!
