I ordered from them around 7:30pm. Around 9pm, I called to cancel but never got an answer. I tried calling 11 more times and even emailed them to cancel. No one ever answered or responded. Around 10:10pm, I got a call from the delivery driver who told me he has his ice cream. I was obviously not a happy camper. So I asked for the managers info and emailed him. He refused to repay and made excuses for everything. Overall, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM. I'm sure they have great ice cream and it would be worth it to go and get it personally. But ordering is horrible and I wasn't happy with the manager.
