I recently purchased a new Lexus ES350, which is my 3rd Lexus, from Hendrick Lexus Northlake. I once again had the pleasure of dealing with my regular salesman , James Rafidi. Throughout the process, James treated us like family, and I can t say enough about James and the GM, Steve Strickland. They make buying a car an enjoyable process, kind of like it used to be back in the day. Prior to leaving the store, we were given a comprehensive tech support briefing and hands on demonstration of all the vehicles tech features by Hussein Amir. Once again, the level of customer service from Hendrick Lexus Northlake was outstanding. If you are considering purchasing or leasing a new Lexus, you owe it to yourself to visit Hendrick Lexus Northlake and ask for the aforementioned gentleman, you won t be disappointed.
