I had a disappointing experience with Distinct Vehicle Solutions. The car I rented had a lot of issues, including a malfunctioning air conditioning system and strange noises coming from the engine. The customer service was not helpful in resolving these issues and it took them a long time to provide a replacement vehicle. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and would not rent from them again.
