I recently visited Fitness and Health International for a trial session, and I was impressed with the facilities and services provided. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the different equipment and exercises to me. The gym is clean and well-equipped, and I felt comfortable throughout my workout. I would definitely consider joining FHI in the future.
