I've tried to receive counseling for over a month now and have been promised a call back from intake numerous amounts of times.. if you're looking for treatment do not go here unless you want to wait months before receiving any feedback from them. One of the worst customer services/intake office I've ever dealt with. Desk lady said "it's Friday so they may have left early" but when I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday etc. I still did not receive any feedback.. doesn't matter if I call early rather then later, there intake is 24/7 unavailable. DO YOUR JOB !
