I recently purchased a wedding dress and had a decent experience overall. The dress itself was beautiful, but I found the staff to be somewhat lacking in knowledge and enthusiasm. They didn't seem to have much passion for their work and it made the experience feel a bit impersonal. However, the quality of the dress was good and I was satisfied with my purchase.
