This company is TERRIBLE and committing fraud. My husband and I have been calling them since the beginning of 2019 reporting that they haven't paid our city taxes. They are admitting that they have yet to pay this and every time we call they do NOTHING. They always state they will ''escalate" the issue. They have waited so long that we now, as the home owners, have to pay the city tax out of pocket just so our home doesn't go to sales tax in the paper, which it is scheduled to do in the next two days. LoanCare SUCKS. If this isn't paid in the next business day, my husband and I will be taking legal action.
