If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience I ve ever had with a company. What started off well ended so badly. Please avoid this company at all costs. The owner Daniel is incapable of taking proper measurements. Had issues with the sink hole being in the incorrect location causing issues with the sink installation not being performed as promised. Luckily my contractor had me order a sink harness system as a backup, so at least with that I know my sink is secure. Communication from the company about these issues was severely lacking/non-existent. Had my contractor not been there to witness the issues I m sure I never would ve been told or contacted about them. The only person with this company that seemed to have an ounce of a care in the world was Andy. My experiences over the phone with Andrew and Daniel were examples of the worst customer service I ve ever experienced in my life. Sure my countertops look fine, but if I could go back and work with another company and avoid the stress and aggravation of the past 2 days I would in a heart beat. Please take your business somewhere else.

Edit: I see the owner responded to my review and this is a perfect example of the argumentative nature of the owner. Never once was there an issue with holding the slab for me. I have all of the emails to prove that. I paid the deposit to do so. I kept in contact with them to give updates on my cabinet order and arrival dates. They should know cabinets don't arrive in a matter of days and due to the nature of a special order and COVID delays it was going to be weeks for them to arrive. All of this information was provided to Marble Unlimited. They want to blame my contractor/my sink/or my sink cabinet for the misalignment of the sink hole, which was directly caused by the measurements that Daniel took himself. Nothing about the install was discussed with me by anyone from Marble Unlimited. No one called me the day of install from Marble Unlimited to let me know the issues all of that was relayed to me by my contractor who was there to oversee the install. Had he not been there I would never know the issues they had. After 3 phone calls Tuesday afternoon, same day as my install, to get some answers from someone, I was promised a call first thing Wednesday morning. After not hearing from anyone Wednesday morning I called at 12:45pm. Didn't receive a call from Daniel until 2pm. After the worst phone call with Daniel he offered to install a bracket system to ensure the sink was installed securely. All of this should have been addressed with me the day of the install but it appears they were trying to sneak by with the bare minimum. Luckily my contractor had me order a harness system in case Marble Unlimited did not use such a system to ensure it was securely mounted. All of this was mentioned to Daniel when he came to do the measurements prior to having my counters cut. This man wants to blame everyone else AND the kitchen sink for mistakes that were made by him. I cancelled the bracket install after having the off-putting experience of talking to this man over the phone about the issues that we had. I want nothing more to do with this company and don't want them working in my home ever again. So like I said in my original review if you need countertops in the future do not put yourself through the unnecessary stress of dealing with this company, its not worth it.
