I had an average experience with Proe. The website proe.org.br is decent, but the overall service could've been better. I found the team to be somewhat unresponsive, and it took longer than expected to get the desired results. However, they eventually delivered a satisfactory product. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency.
